Flo teachers embodied, soulful, scientific yoga throughout Brighton & Hove. She weaves techniques from osteopathy, medicine and somatic practices through her yoga. Using breath practices, self-massage, visualisation and explorative movement, Flo aims to provide a warm calm context for you to connect body and mind. All shapes, sizes, and levels of experience, strength, and flexibility are welcome in Flo's classes
Jasmine has been interacting with Yoga for well over a decade and teaching since 2019. She is passionate about movement practices as a path to liberation and self inquiry, orientating folks to the home of their experience whilst reminding all of us of our reciprocal nature. Her practice is intersectional and tapestry like; she explores the rich and ancient philosophy of Yoga, the joy of our tangible human bodies, wisdom and science from the West and our Natural world. Her teaching style is embodied, nervous system informed, often strong and flowing and characterised by her poetic use of language.
