An early morning practice to set you off on the right kilter for the day. Open for all, an active practice including meditation, breath, movement and chanting.
-
A slow building practice of movement from breath. You can expect any combination of meditation, breath, slow & dynamic movement, chanting and rest. Not for total beginners. Expect flows that invite strength & focus.
Flow State Hove
-
A dynamic, playful, flowing yoga & movement practice that will build heat, strength and integrity throughout the entire body. Expect to sweat a little, smile a lot and to feel energised and ready for the rest of the day. Suitable for all levels with options always given to enable a more restful or dynamic practice.
-
A yoga and movement flow focused on somatic (body) enquiry, connecting to the rhythm of the breath, with a focus on feeling and exploring movement and poses and allowing the body to be the guide, as opposed to thinking and forcing the body into a preconceived idea of a shape.
Each class will incorporate mindful, connected, slow movements, with creative transitions and theming, welcoming you to really meet yourself where you are and to trust the wisdom of your body.
Suitable for all levels with options given to enable a more restful or dynamic practice.

When High intensity, Release, Somatics, and a Dance party gets married, you’re left with Shake the Dust. This practice will invite you to move, feel, rest and release through rhythmic waves of movement, music, sound and rest. More a Work-in than a Work-out, Shake the Dust is bigger than just a movement practice; it’s a transformative, embodied practice of the body, heart, and mind, a form of activism through movement. And honestly, a total vibe of a way to start your Saturday. Guided by a poetic theme and an epic playlist (think house music, techno, disco, well known dance-floor-fillers and more emotive tracks), we’ll start slow and low to the Earth with grounding work for the nervous system and then build to move together through perpetual waves of shaking, jumping, resting, dancing and intuitive flow. We’ll also work with elements of familiar yoga asana, Pilates, somatics and bodyweight strength work to create a practice that is both complete and varied. This is a space where movement becomes a statement, where you can sweat, release, and build a resilient nervous-system and body while also grounding into your values and vision. This is a practice for all who are curious. Whether you’re a yogi, a seeker, or simply ready to move with purpose, Shake the Dust is your invitation to take up space, break patterns, and come alive through movement.
Humankind
-
A one hour active Vinyasa class focused on waking up the body, mind and energetic systems. We will create strength, heat and space throughout the body with creative and energising sequences of movement matched to breath, which is our anchor and rhythmic guide for the practice. Rooted in Ashtanga and mobility practices, expect to move through a clear, yet not set, structure of held and dynamic postures woven together in flow.
S P A C E Yoga
-
In Sanskrit ‘hatha’ means ‘sun/moon’, and so through these hatha yoga sequences you will learn to find balance and feel more connected with others and the natural world. MINDFUL FLOW classes are typically slower than Vinyasa, incorporating fewer postures, but held for longer. In these open-level classes you will be led through a breath-focused sequence of fundamental poses which invite you to tune into the subtle energy flowing within you. The teacher will guide you to move mindfully and in time with the breath, which will ultimately leave you feeling more centred and grounded.
