Spend 7 days relaxing in the idyllic French Alps and enjoy a luxurious chalet in the Chamonix Valley with Hikes, Spa day and twice daily Yoga all included in this gorgeous Yoga Holiday.

This is my third year leading a retreat with Bluerise and frankly I cannot recommend this trip enough! The Alps in late Spring are so beautiful and calming; the backdrop of the mountains and greenery is certainly one of the most relaxing places I have ever been.

May is the perfect time of year for hiking in the Alps; with freshness in the mornings and evenings and the daytime temperatures ranging between 10-20 degrees Celsius.

The lovely yoga space is in the heart of the chalet with floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of light under the beautiful wooden roof beams. The chalet also has its own spa area with a sauna to be used at free will and treatment room for the on-site massages.
