  • I have been Jas’s student for two years, and I find her to be an excellent, deeply knowledgeable yoga teacher with many strengths, particularly in using the breath to support one’s practice, and in the meditation aspect of yoga. Jas is quite simply hilarious, and one of my favourite things about her classes is how she skilfully changes the energy in the room, offering her students huge belly laughs, and then seemlessly transitioning us into groundedness, calmness, and connection to the heart space though a return to breath awareness.
